These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases and subscriptions made on footballleaguesimulator.com (the "Website"). By subscribing to a Pro or Elite plan, you agree to these terms.
The Website offers monthly and annual subscription plans. All subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of the billing cycle (every month or every year, depending on the chosen plan) using the payment method on file, unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
Prices are displayed on the subscription.php page. Depending on your jurisdiction, applicable taxes (such as GST/QST in Quebec) may be included at checkout. We reserve the right to modify prices, but active subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price change takes effect on their next billing cycle.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your user dashboard. Once canceled, your auto-renewal will be stopped, and you will retain access to your premium features until the end of your current paid billing period.
Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the simulation service, all payments are non-refundable. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months or years of service.
Payments are processed securely through a third-party provider (Stripe). The Operator (Francois Fortier) does not store credit card information on our servers.
