FLS is a football (soccer) simulation tool provided for entertainment purposes only. The simulation results, player statistics, and match events are generated by virtual algorithms and do not constitute professional sports data or advice.
All content on this Website, including but not limited to the simulation engine, PHP scripts, JSON configuration files (e.g., events.json), database structures, and custom graphics, is the exclusive property of the Operator. Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, or reverse-engineering is strictly prohibited.
Access to certain features is governed by the tiers described on subscription.php. Payments are processed via third-party providers. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to modify pricing with a 30-day notice.
While the feature to upload images is pending, any data or content you submit to the Website (names, logos, custom players) must not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights. By uploading content, you grant the Operator a non-exclusive license to display it within the simulation context.
The Website is provided "AS IS". The Operator shall not be liable for any data loss, service interruptions, or inaccuracies in the simulation outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Quebec, liability is limited to the amount paid for the service, if any.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be brought before the courts of the judicial district of the Operator's residence.
